When i took this, i couldn’t really see what i was taking because the bus was really jolting and the rain was hooshing down. I had spotted the lone figure crossing and took loads to try and get the image i sought.
There is a dirty, sour, glorious, ancient smidgín of melancholy here, which i think is a good description of this part of Dublin. The colour is much less warm than my other Upstairs Front Seat pics but something in this gives me great comfort and introspection.
